Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can request it through your customer account or contact us at service.erow@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at service.erow@gmail.com.

Consequences of Withdrawal (EU Only)

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs arising if you chose a different delivery method than the standard, least expensive delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever comes earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We will bear the cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
